Network Engineerapply

Bachelor degree in Information Systems required. Proven related experience accepted in lieu of degree . Minimum 7 years experience in related position required . Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Cisco Certified Architect preferred. Responsible for the on-going maintenance and implementation of the OMHS network infrastructure (wired and wireless) which includes local, remote, and WAN access to multiple applications and hardware. Establishes and implements network security measures for both proactive and reactive interventions. Monitors network traffic to support users by analyzing overall and segmented performance of the network to identify problems and recommend interventions to maximize system performance. Provides research and development for existing and future network communications to stay current with technology. Recommends varied solutions for interfacing of traditional and biomedical computerized equipment to accommodate the electronic transfer of data. Assists applications analyst with the implementation of new products on the network. Assist with the installation, upgrade or revision of hardware, software application, operation systems and equipment. Customer oriented interpersonal skills required to work effectively with a wide variety of individuals. Analytical and problem solving skills required. Extensive knowledge of multiple operating systems, networking and computer hardware required. apply
